Coaching adskiller sig fra undervisning ved at du ikke kommer ind til en underviser som har tænkt på hvad han mener du skal lære. men at coachen tager udgangspunkt i hvor du er. Derfor er det vigtigt at du gør dig nogle overvejelser over hvad der står i vejen for at du får mest muligt ud af kurset. Hvad virker? hvad virker ikke? har du selv nogle tanker om hvad løsningen kunne være?
